Refund Policy:
a. Consultancy Services:
i. We strive to ensure satisfaction with our consultancy services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the consultancy services provided by The Gold Mentor, you may request a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase.
ii. To be eligible for a refund, clients must provide detailed reasoning for their dissatisfaction, along with evidence of implementation of our recommendations.
iii. Refunds will be processed within 45 working days from the date of request approval.
iv. Once a refund is processed, clients will no longer have access to any materials or resources provided as part of the consultancy services.
b. Marketing Services:
i. Due to the nature of marketing services, refunds are only available under specific circumstances, such as failure to deliver agreed-upon services or gross negligence on our part.
ii. Clients must notify The Gold Mentor of any issues or concerns regarding the marketing services within 3 days of service delivery.
- iii. Refunds for marketing services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with the determination made at the sole discretion of The Gold Mentor.
Cancellation Policy:
a. Consultancy Services:
i. Clients may cancel consultancy services at any time by providing written notice to The Gold Mentor.
ii. If consultancy services are canceled before the commencement of services, clients may be entitled to a full refund minus any administrative fees incurred.
iii. If consultancy services are canceled after the commencement of services, clients may be entitled to a partial refund based on the portion of services already provided, minus any administrative fees incurred.
b. Marketing Services:
i. Clients may cancel marketing services at any time by providing written notice to The Gold Mentor.
ii. If marketing services are canceled before the commencement of services, clients may be entitled to a full refund minus any administrative fees incurred.
- iii. If marketing services are canceled after the commencement of services, clients may be entitled to a partial refund based on the portion of services already provided, minus any administrative fees incurred.
