1.2 Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely and accurate information, materials, and feedback required for the completion of services. You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide is lawful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
1.3 Service Modifications: Any modifications to the scope of work after the initial agreement may require a change order and may result in additional charges.
2. Payment Terms

3.3 Client Content: You retain ownership of all content provided to us. You grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
4. Limitations of Liability
4.1 General Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising out of or related to our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services.
4.2 Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profit or data.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal discussions with us.
5.2 Formal Resolution: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules .
5.3 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jharkhand, india.
